DEUS CEO Victor Ki-Hoon Lyou recently emphasized the importance of addressing the concentration of data centers in the metropolitan area and promoting balanced growth through regional decentralization to enhance the competitiveness of the Korean data center market at the 'Smart Enterprise 2024' seminar.
He stated that the company plans to work with local governments to establish data center clusters and build a foundation to attract data centers outside the metropolitan area.

Victor Lyou also highlighted the need for efficient power acquisition and design to meet the growing demand for high-performance AI data centers. He expressed his commitment to expanding the growth potential of the Korean data center market through regional decentralization, noting that global companies are increasingly showing renewed interest in Korea's infrastructure and talent.
