Korea's major data center operators have been led by domestic big tech companies, but various entities such as domestic operators, Big construction companies, and overseas pension funds have recently stepped up to build a data center.
As such, data centers require a detailed approach in terms of investment strategies as the joint venture between domestic and foreign companies progresses.
In addition to cloud services, data centers more will be built as blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) use increases, and it seems urgent to solve challenging tasks such as overcrowding in the metropolitan area and establishing an operating system that considers ESG and establishing a foundation for sustainable growth.
