On February 14, 2023, the Jeonbuk Digital Convergence Center held a seminar on strategies to respond to digital transformation in industries such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data industries in line with the government's digital-related policies to share ideas with industry-academic experts.
In particular, the need to actively utilize renewable energy in the Saemangeum area and incentives in Jeollabuk-do was raised to attract data centers.
The seminar was divided into four areas: ▲ government policies and countermeasures in the data industry ▲ data center decentralization policies and data center attraction strategies ▲ Korea's digital strategy and countermeasures ▲ industrial AI internalization strategies and countermeasures.
